What types of positions is this event targeting?

The event focuses on non-trade, office-based, or professional positions across various fields including Administration, Engineering, Logistics Management, Accounts, Marketing, Information Technology, and Financial Services.

Are there any financial benefits for employers who participate in the event?
Subject to government approval, employers can benefit from wage subsidies of up to $10,000 for each person employed and may also be eligible for training subsidies for further employee training.
What are the requirements for employers to participate in the event?
Employers should be based in the Sydney Metro area, looking for non-trade talent for office or professional positions with some level of qualification, and interested in tapping into a diverse talent pool to support local talent and the community.
How are candidates pre-selected for the event?
Readygrad pre-selects candidates, ensuring that they are relevant and suit the positions employers are looking to fill. This eliminates the need for employers to sift through piles of resumes.
Who should employers contact for more information or questions?
Employers can email ljp@readygrad.com.au for any inquiries regarding the event and their participation.
How is the Professional Pathway Talent Event a free service?
Employers are not charged to attend the talent events or to hire participants. The program is funded by the Federal Government via Workforce Australia.
Who is the talent?

Employers will be matched to talent for the interviews depending on their needs and will be provided with details in the weeks before the event. All participants will bring qualifications and, in some cases, experience in the professional disciplines listed. They are looking for professional roles, and many are seeking entry-level opportunities to get started or restart their careers.
