Having migrated to Australia with no Australian experience was nearly impossible to get a job. Readygrad helped me with a nice internship placement with a nice company. The process was very professional and efficient. Finally, I got a full-time placement with the company after the internship.

4 Reasons why

Students & graduates need a professional internship

Student standing out of the crowd

Stand out from the crowd

Employers love graduates with work experience and typically prioritise them among the top 5-10% of job applicants. It shows them you are keen and know your way around an office. And a great reference from your internship mentor is really attractive to employers.

Light bulb icon

There is no better way to learn

Discover the power of hands-on learning, with 98% of interns confirming that their internship profoundly impacted their job search. Immerse yourself in practical application to swiftly acquire real-world skills and gain invaluable insights into the professional landscape.

Build your professional network

You will build relationships at your host company with experienced professionals who may help you even beyond the internship. Many of our interns have been recommended for jobs by their host mentors or even asked back to work with them many years later.
