The Professional Pathway Program, funded by Workforce Australia, is designed to assist qualified job seekers in Sydney's SW & NW areas. It aims to facilitate the transition to a professional career through preparation training and an employer interview event.
Qualified job seekers in the Sydney SW & NW regions looking to enter or re-enter the professional workforce are eligible to apply.
The program offers targeted preparation training that focuses on refining critical employability skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and industry-specific knowledge, to meet the expectations of the professional job market.
The Professional Pathway Program is specifically designed for qualified job seekers looking for a professional position, including those with overseas qualifications. The unique employer interview event provides participants with a direct connection to potential employers, significantly improving their chances of securing a job.
No. As a Workforce Australia-funded initiative, the program is free to eligible participants.
