ONCALL, a global language services leader, has facilitated effective communication for culturally and linguistically diverse communities since 1984.

Recognizing the need to stay ahead in language technology, ONCALL established an in-house Technology and Innovation department in 2016. This move aimed to streamline interpreter booking processes and expand access to a broader range of languages and dialects.

The challenge

The primary challenge was to enhance ONCALL's data analytics and reporting capabilities to support decision-making and improve service delivery.

The company required innovative solutions to interpret complex data sets and present them in a user-friendly manner. This task was entrusted to an intern within the Technology and Innovation department, who was expected to bring a mix of creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail to the role.
